分析了我区建立法人治理结构沿革、现状及其存在问题,提出要从健全法人资产制度和法人治理结构设计两个方面建立规范的法人治理结构。
This paper analyzes the evolution, status quo and existing problems of establishing a corporate governance structure in our district, and proposes that a normative corporate governance structure should be established from sound corporate assets system and corporate governance structure design.
