通过对连铸坯凝固过程分析,建立铸坯凝固传热模型,并根据连铸工艺条件,确定目标温度,基于目标温度开发动态二冷配水控制模型。在不同的钢种、拉速等工艺条件下建立水量与温度场的关系,通过凝固模型和二冷配水控制模型保证铸坯表面目标温度与模拟温度相同,适时调整二冷水量,保证铸坯温度场稳定。
Based on the analysis of the solidification process of slab, the solidification heat transfer model of slab is established. According to the continuous casting process conditions, the target temperature is determined and the dynamic secondary cooling water distribution control model is developed based on the target temperature. The relationship between water temperature and temperature field was established under different steel grades and casting speeds. The target temperature of the slab surface was kept the same as the simulation temperature through the solidification model and the secondary cooling distribution water control model. The secondary cooling water was adjusted in time to ensure the slab temperature Field stability.
