正确鉴定新技术的效果,对依靠科技进步加快苏联的社会经济发展具有巨大意义,采矿工业也不例外。本文从以下几个方面对这个问题加以探讨:经济效果的评价准则;技术经济计算的特点;时间因素的考虑;新技术的社会经济效果评价。
Correctly appraising the effects of new technologies is of tremendous significance for accelerating the social and economic development of the Soviet Union by relying on advances in science and technology, and the mining industry is no exception. This article explores this issue from the following aspects: the evaluation criteria of economic effects; the characteristics of technical and economic calculations; the consideration of time factors; and the evaluation of the social and economic effects of new technologies.
