P355GH钢板是欧盟在原西德19Mn6钢(标准号DIN 17155)的基础上纳入欧盟标准EN 10028—2后的新牌号,常用于锅炉上重要部件——锅筒的制造。济南锅炉集团有限公司2003年下半年开始使用δ=120mm钢板制造高压锅炉的锅筒,为确保产品质量有必要对厚钢板性能的均匀性进行研究。试验采用对厚钢板进行分层试验的方法来探讨P355GH厚钢板性能分布的规律。
The P355GH steel is a new grade of the European Union that has been incorporated into the European standard EN 10028-2 on the basis of the former West 19Mn6 steel (standard No. DIN 17155). It is commonly used in the manufacture of drums, an important part of the boiler. In the second half of 2003, Jinan Boiler Group Co., Ltd. started to manufacture the drum of the high-pressure boiler with δ = 120mm steel plate. To ensure the product quality, it is necessary to study the uniformity of the performance of the thick steel plate. The test adopts the method of layering the thick steel plate to discuss the law of the property distribution of the P355GH thick steel plate.
