Objective To investigate the clinical value of aerosol-driven inhalation therapy in children with pneumonia. Methods The children from our hospital from 2014 to 2015 in pediatric patients with pneumonia 80 cases, the two groups of children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each group. All children received additional fluid, antipyretic treatment, intravenous antibiotics, expectorant treatment, given anti-bronchospasm drugs and antiviral drugs for routine basic treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, children in the treatment group were given oxygen-driven inhalation therapy. The oxygen flow rate was adjusted to 7 L / min for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily. The treatment time of two groups of children was 7 to 10 days. After the treatment, the clinical symptoms of both groups were observed. Results After treatment, the curative effect and total effective rate of children in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The inefficiency rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group And P <0.05 had statistical difference. After treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in both groups was significantly shorter than that in control group (P <0.05), and the disappearance time of pulmonary wet rales, cough and fever in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group Of the hospitalization time was significantly less than the control group, and P <0.05 with statistical significance. Conclusions Oxygen-driven nebulization therapy is an effective method for the treatment of pneumonia in children, and its clinical effect is better than that of conventional treatment. Oxygen-driven nebulization has a good clinical effect and is safe and effective. It is widely used clinically.
