近年来,尤其是2011年下半年,我国连续发生多起校车安全事件,引起了相关部门的高度重视,这也为我国的生命安全教育敲响了警钟。2011年国务院法制办公布了《校车安全条例(征求意见稿)》,不管是作为教师、学校,还是社会,都应该作出深刻的反思。本文从近半年来所发生的校车悲剧入手,对我国和美国的校车标准及法律保障进行了分析比较,由此推出我国学校的生命安全教育已迫在眉睫。
In recent years, especially in the second half of 2011, there have been many school bus safety incidents in a row in our country, arousing the great attention of relevant departments, which also sounded the alarm for our country’s life safety education. In 2011, the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council promulgated the “School Bus Safety Regulations (Draft for Comments)”. Whether it be as a teacher, a school or a society, profound reflection should be made. This article starts with the tragedy of school bus happened in the past half year, analyzes and compares the school bus standard and legal guarantee in our country and the United States. It is imminent to launch the life safety education in our country.
