苏联剧变是由多种因素造成的,但多种因素中,党是关键。苏共自斯大林确定党内领袖地位之后,逐步消灭党内民主,实行个人集权,形成个人崇拜,一切重大问题都由党的最高领袖一个人说了算,这种局面在斯大林逝世后也没有根本改变,从而使苏共实际上早已名存实亡。从苏共的历史进程看,可以说,在苏联,成也在党,败也在党。
The drastic changes in the Soviet Union have been caused by many factors, but the party is the key factor among many factors.
