江苏省启东市位于黄海之滨,长江入海口北支北岸.境内的吕四渔港中外驰名,港外吕四渔场水域面积达1.1万多平方海里,是我国四大渔场之一.1986年以来,启东市海水产品年捕捞量5万多吨,占江苏省海水产品产量的20%以上,现已成了启东经济的一大支柱.但近年来海况多变,近海资源急剧衰退.启东市积极调整海洋捕捞作业结构,取得了较为明显的成效.最近,我们对全市调整海洋捕捞作业结构的情况作了一些调查研究,现就此问题谈点粗、浅看法.
