关于高粱的几种细胞质已有过报道(Schertz 等,1982;Rao 等,1984)。为增加核的多样性以避免病害及环境胁迫,需要可选择的细胞质系统。Lenz 等(1981)将6种细胞质与迈罗细胞质做过比较。在各种异细胞质中,衍生于埃塞俄比亚品系 IS12662C 的 A_2细胞质,似乎可用于选育程序(Schertz 等,1978)。本研究旨在比较 A_2与 A_1(迈罗)细胞质,以了解 A_2细胞质的效应。采用由 BT×398保持的2个同核不育系(A_1T×398和 A_2T×398)及11个父本(5个
