目前,工匠精神被应用到各行各业中,高校作为职业教育的前站,工匠精神的培育显得极其重要。人社部2016年6月制定了《技工院校工匠精神教育课教学大纲(试行)》,在大纲中明确提出要将工匠精神纳入到德育教学中,作为德育教学的必修课程。在德育教学和创新创业教学中融入工匠精神,是适应我国经济转型升级的需要,是我国由制造大国向智造强国转变的重要基础。不仅是企业发展,民族工业振兴重要保障,更是高职教育改革发展的必然趋势。
At present, the spirit of artisan is applied to all walks of life. As a front station of vocational education, the cultivation of artisan spirit is of great importance. In June 2016, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security formulated “Teaching Syllabus for Artisans’ Spiritual Education Courses in Technical Institutions (Trial)”. The outline clearly states that artisan spirit should be included in moral education as a compulsory course in moral education. The incorporation of craftsmanship into teaching of moral education and teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship is an important part of our country’s needs of adapting to the economic restructuring and upgrading of our country and of transforming China from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing country. Not only is the development of enterprises, an important guarantee for the revitalization of national industries, but also the inevitable trend of the reform and development of higher vocational education.
