The New Curriculum Criteria for Senior High School states: “Reading teaching is a dynamic process of students’, teachers, textbook editors and texts, and is a dynamic process of mind collision and spiritual exchange.” “From this we can see that the new curriculum standardizes reading teaching as one This kind of dialogue is undoubtedly a new breakthrough in traditional teaching. Dialogue is not only an exchange of ideas, but also a teaching strategy. It is the best way to create a student’s mind in terms of reading and appreciation. Zola, a French writer, said: ”The reader is not in front of a bunch of black paper printed on white paper, but a man who can hear his mind and soul jump between lines." As we read texts, think texts, and understand texts, we seem to be engaged in a silent conversation with a living person. Since the implementation of the new curriculum, the concept of dialogue has been accepted by more and more teachers and used in practical teaching. How to put the concept of dialogue into reading teaching, I have done some attempts in practice.
