“军字一号”工程初具规模后 ,其建设的规范性、应用的科学性及功能的拓展性问题便日益成为保证工程质量 ,发挥工程效益 ,促进工程健康发展的关键。本文从实践的角度 ,就“十五”期间“军字一号”工程建设的质量要求、应用规范及技术发展等问题提出一些意见
After the “Military No. 1” project began to take shape, the issues of the normative nature of its construction, the scientific application, and the expansion of its functions have increasingly become the key to guaranteeing project quality, giving play to project benefits, and promoting the healthy development of the project. From the perspective of practice, this article puts forward some opinions on the quality requirements, application specifications and technological development of the “Ji Zi No. 1” project during the “10th Five-Year Plan” period.
