我们采用强的松龙与维生素B_(12)同时局部注射治疗扁平苔藓60例,其效果优于单独注射强的松龙,现报告如下。 一般资料:本文共选择120例扁平苔藓患者,40岁以下54例,40岁以上66例;男89例,女31例。有粘膜糜烂者58例。病变位于颊粘膜46例、唇粘膜15例,双侧颊粘膜及龈粘膜22例、颊及额粘膜18例;累及前庭沟及舌后缘14例,远中磨牙后5例。病程半个月至20年。全部为单发。将其随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各60例。 方法:试验组用5ml一次性注射器按1:1比例抽取强的松龙与2％利多卡因,用2％碘酒消毒病灶及其周围粘膜,75％酒精脱碘。于病灶周围正常粘膜处进针,边推药边进针(进针尽量表浅);以同样方法于同一病灶内注射维生素B_(12)。用药量视病灶大小而定,利多卡因一般5ml。对照组以同样方法注射强的松龙。两组均每3天注射1次,10次为一疗程。疗效观察标准:粘膜恢复正常为痊愈;粘膜充血水肿糜烂消失,如病变范围明显缩小、网纹丘疹斑块明显减轻为有效;粘膜无
