The four great modernizations have drawn people’s attention to the issue of personnel. In February this year, my comrades who are enthusiastic about this university held the first symposium on personnel issues. At the meeting, Prof. Pan Maoyuan, the principal of the School for Discipline Inspection, analyzed the background of the times proposed by Talent Studies and pointed out that human resources are the key to realizing the four modernizations. The socialist system has guaranteed the full development of qualified personnel. Some of the current wasteful and buried talents are urgently needed
