中国医改关乎13亿人的切身利益,与全社会的和谐稳定休戚相关。新一轮医改自2009年拉开帷幕,至今已逾3年,在对上一轮“医改”进行反思和总结后,新医改成效如何一直是民众关注的话题,医疗问题也始终是当前民生问题的难点之一。自新医改方案公布以来,在基层医改和全民医保等保障制度改革取得一定成效的同时,医疗机构改革并没有同步跟上,与民众的期望仍有相当距离。中国医改需要在若干试点之外寻求更新、更明确的思路。
The medical reform of China concerns the vital interests of 1.3 billion people and is closely linked to the harmony and stability of the entire society. Since the new round of medical reform started in 2009, more than three years have passed since the medical reform was reviewed and summarized in the last round. How the effectiveness of the new medical reform has always been a topic of public concern and the medical issue has always been the current one One of the difficulties of people’s livelihood. Since the announcement of the new medical reform program, while reforms in the health care system such as grassroots medical reform and universal health coverage have yielded some success, the reform of medical institutions has not kept pace with the public health reform and remains far from public expectations. China’s medical reform needs to seek newer and clearer ideas beyond a few pilot projects.
