部属企业成批生产活塞环中,采用靠模加工法制造给定径向压力分布的活塞环。在贯彻这一制造工艺中,中央柴油机科学研究所研究了能检查活塞环对气缸壁的径向压力分布的方法(径向压力分布修正法)。该检查方法要求测量活塞环的椭圆度——用挠性钢带扎紧活塞环至工作间隙,测量闭口状态环背直径D_1及与D_1垂直的直径D_2之间的差值。从工厂现有专用设备情况出发,所提出的计算最大和最小椭圆度的公式的前提是,要保证四冲程发动机活塞环的径向压力分布为简单的梨形,其修正系数Z=1.5±0.3;
Subordinate enterprises in the mass production of piston rings, the use of mold manufacturing methods for the given radial pressure distribution of the piston ring. In implementing this manufacturing process, the Central Diesel Engine Research Institute studied a method (radial pressure distribution correction method) that can check the radial pressure distribution of the piston ring to the cylinder wall. The inspection method requires the measurement of the ovality of the piston ring - the flexible steel band is used to tie the piston ring to the working gap, and the difference between the diameter D_1 of the ring in the closed state and the diameter D_2 perpendicular to D_1 is measured. Based on the existing special equipment in the factory, the proposed formula for calculating the maximum and minimum ovality is based on the assumption that the radial pressure distribution of the piston ring of the four-stroke engine is simply pear-shaped with a correction factor of Z = 1.5 ± 0.3 ;
