1977年Boucher等氏报告鼠体内各种组织中含有一种新的血管紧张素Ⅱ生成酶,称之为紧张肽(tonin)。此酶与肾素和转换酶完全不同,它能切断苯~8~组~9键,因而既能使血管紧张素Ⅰ转变成血管紧张素Ⅱ,又能直接使血管紧张素元转变成血管紧张素Ⅱ。这就构成了血管紧张素元—[紧张肽]—血管紧张素Ⅱ系统,此系统不同于经典途径,即:血管紧张素元—[肾素]—血管紧张素Ⅰ—[转换酶]—血管紧张素Ⅱ系统。
In 1977, Boucher et al. Reported that various tissues in the rat contain a novel angiotensin II-producing enzyme called tonin.
