泡桐丛枝病在我国泡桐产区十分常见,严重病区发病率高达85%以上,给泡桐生产带来严重危害,已引起国内外众多专家学者和生产部门的关注。近年来已有很多关于泡桐丛枝病研究的报道。有资料指出,在患丛枝病的泡桐植株内,绿原酸的含量和多酚氧化酶的活性均异常高,以至病叶的抽提液在与空气接触时会很快改变颜色。在此启发下,我们以适应地方需要为主,从简单易行着手,对泡桐丛枝病开展了化学诊断研究。
Paulownia witches broom disease is very common in our country Paulownia producing areas, the incidence of serious ward up to 85%, to paulownia produce serious harm, has attracted many experts and scholars at home and abroad and the production sector’s attention. In recent years, there have been many reports on the study of Paulownia witches broom disease. It is reported that in paulownia plants suffering from the broom disease, the content of chlorogenic acid and the activity of polyphenol oxidase are abnormally high, and the diseased leaves extract quickly changes color upon contact with air. Inspired by this, we focused on adapting to local needs and proceeded with chemical diagnostic studies on Paulownia witches’ broom disease from an easy to do point.
