Since 1983, the “three glorious” education aimed at establishing professional ideals, cultivating the spirit of the profession and carrying forward the fine tradition has achieved remarkable results over the past decade and many of these forms are still in use today. However, in recent years, this education has obviously cooled down in some geological survey units, especially in the sluggish field teams. There is a lot of people who scoff at “glory” among workers and workers. I conducted a questionnaire survey of 175 field workers, the results of 85.7% of people think
