目的:观察HIV/AIDS骨折手术患者应用中药治疗后机体免疫功能变化情况。方法:66例患者随机分为中药治疗组和对照组各33例,分别术前3天、术后第7天和术后第14天检测CD4、CD8。结果:术后7天、14天治疗组CD4增加较对照组明显,CD4增加>50个/mm3,同术前比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:HIV/AIDS骨折患者术后应用中药可明显改善患者免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the changes of immune function in patients with HIV / AIDS fractures treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 33 cases in each group. CD4 and CD8 were detected at 3 days before operation, 7 days after operation and 14 days after operation. Results: Compared with the control group, the increase of CD4 in the 14th day and the 14th day after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (> 50 / mm3, P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with fractures of HIV / AIDS can significantly improve the immune function of patients.
