双氯芬酸(Diclolfenac sodium)为有效非甾体抗炎药,无毒性及局部刺激性。作者研究将其制成O/W乳剂型软膏的理化特性并比较了O/W 型、亲水性、吸收性3种软膏基质的释药速率。
Diclofenac sodium is a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and is nontoxic and topically irritating. The authors studied the physical and chemical properties of the O / W cream ointment and compared the drug release rates of O / W ointment, hydrophilicity and absorption ointment.
