辽宁省瓦房店市卓有成效打击黑车的事迹在全国早已是人人皆知,很多城市的打黑部门纷纷前往瓦房店“取经”。近日,记者专程前往瓦房店,探访了这座美丽而又赫赫有名的城市。瓦房店市位于辽东半岛中西部,依山傍海,风景优美,早在四五千年前就有人类生活的记录。初到这个城市,给人一种安静而又祥和的感觉。有的房屋依山而建,蜿蜒小路曲曲折折,延伸到远处。在市中心,则车来车往,人流如织。等到华灯初上,灯红酒绿之时,又让人仿佛置身于一座大型城市,热闹非凡,繁华异常。可谁又曾知道,几年前,这座城市的街头又是一种怎样的景象!用一位瓦房店市民的话来说:“5年前的大街小巷,黑车横行,饭店、娱乐场所、车站等处遍地都是趴活的黑车。为了抢活,黑车司机之间争吵、斗殴,互相砸车的现象更是屡见不鲜。”
