在现代企业管理中战略管理已经成为了中心,而在企业战略管理中,财务管理才是核心战略,在整个企业战略管理中占据着非常重要的地位。所以,企业对财务进行管理的时候,一定要具有战略管理思想,支持并服从与企业的战略管理要求。本文对财务管理对战略的支持进行了研究与探讨,旨在提升现代企业战略管理水平。
In the modern enterprise management, strategic management has become the center. In the strategic management of the enterprise, the financial management is the core strategy, occupying a very important position in the strategic management of the entire enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise management of finance, we must have a strategic management thinking, support and compliance with the strategic management requirements of enterprises.
