目的建立南京市学龄前儿童发育性眼动评估本土化常模,为阅读障碍的早期筛查、诊断和干预提供帮助。方法本研究通过分层随机抽样的方法,利用发育性眼动评估工具对南京市区8所幼儿园的375名5~6岁学龄前儿童进行调查。结果 1)样本的代表性:抽样方法、样本量、样本的基本特征以及数据的收集方式都符合常模建立的要求;2)眼动评估各项结果经统计分析显示,每个年龄段男女之间差异无统计学意义;3)纵向时间、横向时间、纵横时间比、总错误数随着年龄的增长呈逐渐下降或减少的趋势;4)具有良好的效度和信度。结论眼动评估各指标有显著的年龄梯度,符合正常眼动的发育规律,可作为南京市5~6岁组儿童眼动指标常模。
Objective To establish a nocturnal model of developmental ophthalmic assessment of pre-school children in Nanjing and to provide assistance in the early screening, diagnosis and intervention of dyslexia. Methods In this study, stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the development of 375 preschool children aged 5 ~ 6 in 8 kindergartens in Nanjing. Results 1) The representativeness of the sample: The sampling method, the sample size, the basic characteristics of the sample and the collection method of the data are in accordance with the requirements established by the norm. 2) Eye movement evaluation of the results The statistical analysis shows that for each age group, There was no significant difference between the two groups. 3) Longitudinal time, horizontal time, vertical and horizontal time ratio, the total number of errors gradually decreased or decreased with age; 4) There was a good validity and reliability. Conclusion The eye movement assessment of each index has a significant age gradient, in line with the development of normal eye movements can be used as a standard model of eye movement in children aged 5 to 6 years in Nanjing.
