目的研究放射皮温计在冷水复温试验(CWLT)中的临床应用。方法采用随机抽样方法,以从事非手传振动作业的30名正常健康人员为对照组,以从事手传振动作业的30名人员为接振组。2组人群均分别采用放射皮温计和数字皮温计测试CWLT前后8个不同时间点的手部皮温,对结果进行统计分析。结果在相同时间点及相同手别的条件下,对照组人群采用2种皮温计测量的皮温分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);接振组人群除CWLT前的时间点外,采用2种皮温计测量的皮温分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。无论是对照组还是接振组,采用2种皮温计进行CWLT的5和10 min复温率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分别采用数字皮温计和放射皮温计进行CWLT的5、10、30 min复温异常率,对照组人群分别为40.0%、43.3%、40.0%和50.0%、60.0%、33.3%,接振组人群分别为53.3%、60.0%、50.0%和53.3%、66.7%和60.0%;无论是对照组还是接振组,采用2种皮温计测量的皮温分别判断5、10和30 min复温异常的结果均具有一致性(P>0.05)。结论放射皮温计可作为CWLT的检测工具。
Objective To study the clinical application of radiotechmeter in cold water rewarming test (CWLT). Methods A random sample of 30 normal health workers engaged in hands-free vibration operation was used as the control group, and 30 persons engaged in hand-vibration operation were selected as the vibration-receiving group. Two groups of people were used radio-skin temperature and digital thermometer test CWLT before and after 8 different time points of hand skin temperature, the results were statistically analyzed. Results At the same time point and under the same conditions, the skin temperature of the control group was no significant difference (P> 0.05) Point outside, using two kinds of skin temperature measurement of skin temperature were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). No matter in the control group or in the vibration group, there was no significant difference between the 5 and 10 min rewarming rates of CWLT using two kinds of skin temperature meters (P> 0.05). The anomalous rates of 5, 10, 30 min rewarming of CWLT were respectively measured by digital dermatometer and radiometer. The control group were 40.0%, 43.3%, 40.0% and 50.0%, 60.0% and 33.3% The groups were 53.3%, 60.0%, 50.0% and 53.3%, 66.7% and 60.0%, respectively. No matter in the control group or the vibration group, the skin temperature measured by two kinds of leather thermometers were 5, 10 and 30 minutes respectively Abnormal results of temperature were consistent (P> 0.05). Conclusion Radiometer can be used as a CWLT detection tool.
