随着市场经济体制的逐步建立,处于宏观和微观结合部的县级政府压力加大:一方面调控空间逐步缩小,另一方面改革中暴露出的矛盾和问题增多.如何顺应形势变化卓有成效地组织好政府工作,是摆在县级政府面前的重要课题.去年以来,我们积极探索新形势下做好政府工作的新路子,调整工作思路,突出关键环节,促进了全县各项工作的开展.1998年实现国内生产总值60.25亿元,比上年增长12.3％;实现财政收入2.49亿元,增长14.9％.我们的主要做法和体会是:
