近日,住建部印发了《住房和城乡建设部工程质量安全监管司2017年工作要点》,围绕“落实主体责任”和“强化政府监管”两个重点,严格监督管理,严格责任落实,严格责任追究,着力构建质量安全管理长效机制,不断提升全国工程质量安全水平。重点内容如下。一、组织开展质量安全提升行动,提高工程质量水平(1)强化质量责任落实,出台部门规章《危险性较大的分部分项工程安全管理规定》,强化安全管理措施,严格落实工程建设各方主体的安全责任;(2)健全质量监督机制;(3)推进质量管理标准化;(4)夯实质量监管工作基础。
