档案中介服务机构是介于政府与社会之间,专门从事档案技术和事务服务的一种社会中介组织。由于办事效率高和良好的服务,满足了社会各界的需求,成为档案事业发展的“加速器”。然而,在业务指导、工作调研和执法检查中,发现中介服务机构在经营的过程中存在诸多不规范的现象。档案行政部门应充分发挥其职能作用,加强监督和管理,确保档案中介服务市场的健康发展。
