干旱是陕北人民的一块心病。延安市抗旱服务队建立迄始就想方设法在开展抗旱服务上大做文章。全队人员在去夏今春带着84台(套)机器,昼夜不停运转,为农民浇地。共出动车辆100次,提水灌溉浇地5万多亩。我们还利用延惠渠、幸福渠、汾川渠三大灌区的水利优势,组织群众清除淤泥、疏通渠道30多公里,抢修石渠3000米,有效地解决了灌区1万多亩作物的需水矛盾。对地处偏远、交通不便的沟壑
