随着我国经济水平的不断提高,国人对教育的关注程度也越来越高。新课标对教学提出了很多新的要求,作为教学的基础时期,小学教育自然也有了很多教学方式上的改革。在更加注重以人为本的今天,教学方式也逐渐开始注重人的特性发展,分层教学这种强调“因材施教”的教学方式就变得越来越受欢迎。本文就这种分层教学的意义和应用技巧展开了一系列的分析探讨。
