目的了解先天愚型患儿智能发育水平,为进行及时、有效干预打下基础,以期更好地进行康复治疗,促进其智能发育。方法选择2012年1月-2016年12月厦门市儿童福利院收养的先天愚型患儿40例,另选择同期收养的机构内其他儿童153例,均采用Gesell智能量表进行智能发育评估。结果先天愚型患儿6~48月龄的粗大运动、3~48月龄的精细运动、言语、应人能、应物能评分均低于机构内其他儿童,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。先天愚型患儿总分发育水平低于机构内儿童,且随着年龄增长日益明显。嵌合型患儿粗大运动、精细运动、言语、应人能、应物能评分明显高于其他核型。结论先天愚型患儿智能发育落后,随着年龄增长日益明显。
Objective To understand the level of intelligence development in children with Down’s syndrome and lay the foundation for timely and effective intervention in order to better carry out rehabilitation and promote their intellectual development. Methods From January 2012 to December 2016, 40 children with Down’s syndrome adopted by Xiamen Children’s Welfare Institute and 153 children from other institutions were enrolled in the same period. All children were assessed with Gesell intelligence scale. Results The scores of physical activity in children aged 6 to 48 months, physical activity in 3-48 months, verbal, physical ability and physical fitness were all lower than those in other institutions (P <0.05). The total score of children with Down’s syndrome in children with Down’s syndrome was lower than that of children within the institution and became increasingly evident with age. Chimeric children with gross exercise, fine exercise, speech, should be able to, should be able to score was significantly higher than other karyotype. Conclusion The children with idiopathic type develop backwardly and intellectually, with their age increasing.
