成人高等教育是高等教育的一个重要组成部分。本文以独立设置成人高校大学生为评价主体,给出了独立设置成人高校大学生满意度的概念内涵;采用调查分析的方法,对成人教育服务质量评价指标体系进行了深入研究;构建了成人教育服务质量评价指标体系。体系的构建有助于成人教育机构了解成人学生对教育质量的需求,为成人教育服务质量的认知和工作水平的提高提供有益借鉴。
Adult higher education is an important part of higher education. In this paper, we set up an independent college adult college students as the evaluation subject, and give the concept of independently setting the college students satisfaction in adult universities. By using the method of investigation and analysis, we make an in-depth study on the evaluation index system of adult education service quality, Evaluation System. The construction of the system can help adult education institutions understand the demand of adult students for the quality of education and provide useful references for improving the cognition and working level of adult education service.
