本文为26年间41例次糖尿病合并妊娠的临床分析.患病率为0.036％。按White 氏分级,A 级23例,B～F(显性糖尿病)18例.孕产妇无死亡,但围产儿死亡率高达26.8％.围产儿死亡率高的主要原因是糖尿病诊断未能于产前确诊,有些病例是因为出现巨大儿、婴儿死亡等情况后,作空腹血糖及糖耐量试验才确诊.文中对化学性糖尿病、糖尿病合并妊娠的治疗、分娩日期和方式的选择以及新生儿的处理等均进行了讨论.
This article is a clinical analysis of 41 cases of diabetes complicated with pregnancy in 26 years with a prevalence of 0.036%. According to White’s classification, there were 23 cases of grade A and 18 cases of B to F (dominant diabetes mellitus) without maternal death, but the perinatal mortality rate was as high as 26.8% .The main reason of high perinatal mortality was the failure to diagnose diabetes Before the diagnosis, in some cases because of the huge children, infant mortality, etc., for the fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance test was diagnosed.This article on the chemical diabetes, diabetes treatment of pregnancy, delivery date and mode of choice and neonatal treatment All were discussed.
