少儿出版是关系到青少年发展的重中之重的行业,然而在产业化集聚的当下,传统少儿出版在快速发展的同时,也面临着很大的压力,产业化是少儿出版必经的趋势,本文针对少儿出版产业转型提出三个方面的思路,一是从传统出版向新兴出版融合发展转型升级,从而实现同心多元化发展;二是从传统出版业跨界延伸到非出版领域,以此实现非同心多元化发展;三是从国内市场跨境延伸到国际市场,实现市场开发战略。
Children’s publishing is an important industry that affects the development of adolescents. However, at the moment when industrialization is gathering, the traditional children’s publishing is under great pressure while rapid development. Industrialization is a trend that children must go through for publication. This article aims at three aspects of the transformation of children’s publishing industry. The first is to transform and upgrade from traditional publishing to emerging publishing so as to realize the concentric and diversified development. The second is to extend from the traditional publishing industry to non-publishing areas, Non-concentric and diversified development; third is to extend from the domestic market across borders to the international market, market development strategy.
