剪力墙结构施工中,门窗洞口的模板加固比较难,特别是用木模支设的较厚剪力墙、高大门洞的阴角加固,若处理不好,在浇筑混凝土时极易发生胀模、夹渣、阴角不方正及尺寸偏差大等质量缺陷。本文设计制作的可调式加固件,使洞口阴角模板安装牢固不变形,洞口混凝土成型规矩,观感质量好且装拆方便,不易损坏,可多次周转使用,大大提高了劳动效率。
