新时期医院人事管理工作是一项系统的工程,只有完善了这项工作才能够使医院得到稳定、快速的发展。所以说医院为了顺应新时代的发展,以及新时期不断创新的人事制度,应该采取以上措施来调动医务人员工作的积极性以及工作热情,最终使医院自身得到更科学、更快速的发展。鉴于此,本文对医院人力资源管理进行了分析探讨。
The hospital personnel management work in the new era is a systematic project. Only by perfecting the work can the hospital achieve stable and rapid development. Therefore, in order to comply with the development of the new era and the continually innovative personnel system in the new era, the hospital should take the above measures to arouse the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the medical staff and finally make the hospital itself develop more scientific and rapid. In view of this, this paper analyzes the hospital human resources management.
