随着市场经济的发展以及城市化进程的加快,商业地产已经成为当今中国的热点地产。由于商业地产在很多方面具有区别于传统住宅地产的特点,因此,为了顺应时代发展的要求,实际的建筑设计也必须做出一些相应的改革。正是从这一问题出发,将商业地产与传统住宅地产相比较,重点探讨建筑设计怎样更好的配合商业地产。
With the development of market economy and the acceleration of urbanization, commercial real estate has become a hot real estate in China today. As commercial real estate in many ways has the characteristics of different from the traditional residential real estate, therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the development of the times, the actual architectural design must also make some corresponding reforms. It is from this issue, commercial real estate and traditional residential real estate compared to focus on how the architectural design better with commercial real estate.
