通过对采用外加钢筋混凝土壁柱加固的三层内框架和采用外加构造柱加固的三层开洞砖墙模型的试验研究,探讨了在垂直荷载及往复水平力共同作用下这类结构的抗震性能和破坏机理。获得了加固结构模型的侧向抗力与变形的滞回曲线及该模型在弹性、弹塑性与破坏三个阶段的变形规律和抗力的骨架曲线。 依据对试验结果的分析,得出了多层内框架房屋采用外加钢筋混凝土壁柱加固内框架与采用外加构造柱加固砖墙的抗震设计计算方法。
