从绩效管理的角度出发,将平衡计分卡应用到高校高水平运动队绩效评估中。通过对当前高校高水平运动队内外环境的分析,采用SWOT分析法制定运动队发展战略,从主办方——学校、运动队内部流程、运动队经费、运动队发展四个维度构建高校高水平运动队的绩效评估指标体系。最后,运用层次分析法确定绩效指标的权重,从而实现对运动队实现全面的评价。
From the point of view of performance management, balanced scorecard is applied to performance evaluation of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the current situation of the high-level sports teams in and out of the university, SWOT analysis is used to formulate the development strategy of the sports teams. The high-level sports of colleges and universities are constructed from the organizer-school, the internal flow of sports teams, the funding of sports teams and the development of sports teams Team performance evaluation index system. Finally, using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of performance indicators, so as to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of sports teams.
