全国土肥总站,为推动全国土壤监测工作的开展,总结和交流经验,以更好利用土壤普查成果为合理开发利用土地资源、科学施肥、改良土壤、培肥地力和大田生产提供依据。于1989年5月9日至11日在我省眉山县召开了全国土壤监测会议。参加会议有16省(区)农(牧)业厅从事土壤监测工作的同志及我省承担国家级监测点的县土肥站负责同志,共50多人。全国土肥总站综合处处长王蓉芳同志主持了会议。四川省农牧厅、乐山市农业局和眉山县政府的负责同志到会,并讲了话。
In order to promote the work of soil monitoring in China and summarize and exchange experiences, the National Soil and Fertility Terminals provided the basis for making better use of the results of soil censuses for reasonably developing and utilizing land resources, scientific fertilization, improving soil fertility, fertility and field production. From May 9 to May 11, 1989, a national soil monitoring meeting was held in Meishan County, our province. There were more than 50 comrades in charge of soil monitoring work in 16 provinces (autonomous regions) and those in charge of soil and fertilizer stations in counties that undertake state-level monitoring in our province. Commissar Wang Rongfang, chief of the Integrated Land and Soil Terminals, presided over the meeting.
