大型负压舱体属于大跨度壳结构,受力十分复杂,整体刚体要求较高。舱体结构性能依靠实验手段来判断非常复杂且成本高。文章针对负压舱受变载荷特点及自身结构类型特性,对负压舱体两种不同设计方案采用Hyperworks建立精确的有限元分析模型,分析结果比较两种不同设计方案的优劣。
Large-scale negative pressure cabin belongs to the long-span shell structure, the force is very complex, the overall rigid body requires a higher. Cabin structure performance depends on experimental means to judge is very complex and costly. In this paper, HyperWorks is used to establish accurate finite element analysis model for two different design schemes of negative pressure cabin according to the characteristics of the negative pressure cabin under variable load and its own structure type. The analysis results compare the advantages and disadvantages of two different design schemes.
