弹力蛋白酶(elastase)是胰腺腺泡细胞分泌的一种肽链内切酶,以能够迅速分解弹力蛋白(elastin)为特征。近年来,国外利用敏感的放射免疫分析法(RIA)对血清弹力蛋白酶的生理水平,以及急性胰腺炎等胰腺疾患病人血清弹力蛋白酶的含量变化进行了研究,结果表明RIA测定血清弹力蛋白酶对胰腺疾患的诊断具有重要意义。此外,弹力蛋白酶还与肺气肿、动脉粥样硬化以及衰老等多种临床病理过程密切相关。本文扼要复习文献,试就弹力蛋白酶与胰腺疾患的关系作一综述。
Elastase, an endopeptidase secreted by pancreatic acinar cells, is characterized by the rapid breakdown of elastin. In recent years, foreign countries using sensitive radioimmunoassay (RIA) on the physiological levels of serum elastase and pancreatic diseases such as acute pancreatitis patients with serum elastase levels were studied, the results show that RIA determination of serum elastase on pancreatic disease The diagnosis is of great importance. In addition, elastase also with emphysema, atherosclerosis and aging and other clinical and pathological processes are closely related. This article briefly review the literature, try to review the relationship between elastase and pancreatic diseases.
