目的筛选富集玫瑰花总酚的最佳树脂型号及最佳工艺。方法通过静态、动态吸附-解吸附相结合方法,以总酚含量和有效部位质量为评价指标,综合评分法确定最优工艺条件。结果HPD600树脂富集效果最好,其最佳吸附工艺为:上样液浓度5.50mg.mL-1,洗脱乙醇浓度(V/V)50%,洗脱体积5倍柱床体积(BV),洗脱流速4BV.h-1。富集后总酚质量分数>60%。结论HPD600树脂富集玫瑰花总酚含量高,工艺简单,适合大生产。
Objective To screen the best resin type and best technology for enriching total phenols of rose. Methods By the combination of static, dynamic adsorption - desorption and adsorption methods, the total phenol content and effective part quality were used as evaluation indexes, and the comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the optimum process conditions. Results The optimum concentration of HPD600 resin was as follows: the sample concentration was 5.50mg.mL-1, the concentration of ethanol (V / V) was 50%, the volume of elution volume was 5 times BV volume, , Elution flow 4BV.h-1. After enrichment total phenol content> 60%. Conclusion HPD600 resin enriched rosette has high total phenolic content, simple process and is suitable for large-scale production.
