利用不同来源的土壤、牛粪等基质对指状节丛孢孢子捕食器官 ( CT)进行了诱导实验 ,发现不同的基质诱导 CT的能力不同 ,不同的菌株产生 CT的能力也不同 ,其中牛粪的诱导效果最好 ,Bst7- 1产生 CT的能力最强 ;牛粪经不同的温度 ( 4 0~ 10 0℃ )处理 10 min,随着处理温度的升高 ,诱导 CT的能力下降 ;牛粪经不同滤纸 ( 0~ 5层 )过滤后 ,随着滤纸层数的增加 ,滤液诱导 CT的能力降低 ;不同的土壤剂量 ( 0 .5~ 10 g)对 CT的诱导无明显差异。
