为研究人子宫组织的出血现象,将米非司酮8×10~(-3)M滴加到种植于鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜表面的人蜕膜和绒毛膜组织上进行培养观察。结果显示:米非司酮具有明显促进组织生长、抑制组织出血现象产生的作用。提出鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜可做为研究子宫组织出血的实验模型;米非司酮抑制出血的作用,可借鉴到临床用于药物流产后出血副反应的防治。
To study the bleeding of human uterine tissue, 8 × 10 ~ (-3) M mifepristone was added dropwise to the human decidua and chorion tissue planted on the surface of chick chorioallantoic membrane to observe the hemorrhage. The results showed that: mifepristone has a significant role in promoting tissue growth and inhibiting tissue hemorrhage. Chick chorioallantoic membrane can be used as an experimental model of uterine bleeding; mifepristone can inhibit hemorrhage, which can be used to prevent and treat side effects of hemorrhage after medical abortion.
