“有控则强、失控则弱、无控则乱、不控则败”。建立健全企业的内部控制制度,有助于提高企业的竞争能力,提高企业的经济效益。本文通过分析我区国有建设公司特殊性和现状、当前企业存在的问题、产生的原因以及应对措施等方面,对我区国有建设公司加强内部控制提出一些建议和设想,以提高财政资金的使用效果,提升企业的管理水平和核心竞争力。
