近日,劳动保障部、民政部、财政部联合发出通知,要求各地认真贯彻《国务院关于切实做好企业离退休人员基本养老金按时足额发放和国有企业下岗职工基本生活保障工作的通知》,进一步做好两个确保和城市居民最低生活保障工作。
