In Japan, early endoscopic resection of esophageal and gastric cancer (hereinafter referred to as early cancer) has been widely carried out. The traditional concept of surgical treatment for early cancer has been shaken. For example, nearly half of patients with early gastric cancer choose endoscopic treatment [1]. China’s early cancer endoscopic treatment was carried out relatively late. In 1990, our hospital took the lead in developing endoscopic resection of early cancer in China. There are now more than 30 cases [2,3]. However, the method of endoscopic resection is complicated.
