多种企业形态及管理模式的互融共生,近年来推动了中国经济的快速发展,但也产生了问题——企业在发展过程中忽视了对员工的尊重与保护,导致“人性化”管理缺失,引发劳资矛盾的空前加剧2011年185起、2012年382起、2013年656起、2014年1361起……近几年,中国各类企业劳资矛盾集中多发,冲突数量持续上涨。与此同时,冲突规模也在不断升级,2014年发生了东莞裕元鞋厂五万人罢工以及IBM、诺基亚等大型跨国公司的特大罢工行为,劳资关系再次成为管理学界关注的焦点。
