辛亥革命这一伟大历史事件和孙中山的名字是分不开的 ,也和香港这块特殊的土地分不开。香港在辛亥革命中的巨大作用主要表现在四个方面 :是伟大的革命先行者孙中山“弃医从戎” ,革命思想的发祥地 ;是早期民主革命运动的指挥中心和活动基地 ,兴中会和同盟会曾先后在香港建立重要机构 ;在港筹办《中国日报》 ,成为革命党人从事革命宣传活动的舆论阵地 ;也是孙中山策划反清武装起义、输送武器弹药、筹集起义军费、联络海内外革命志士的基地。香港在辛亥革命中的突出贡献是不言而喻的。
The great historical event of the Revolution of 1911 can not be separated from Sun Yat-sen’s name and it is also inseparable from this special land in Hong Kong. Hong Kong’s tremendous role in the Revolution of 1911 has mainly manifested in four aspects: Sun Yat-sen, the great revolutionary forerunner, was the birthplace of “abandoning medical treatment and submitting medical service to the masses” and the birthplace of revolutionary ideas. It was the command center and activity base of the early democratic revolutionary movement. Successively setting up an important body in Hong Kong, setting up the “China Daily” in Hong Kong and becoming a public opinion position for revolutionary revolutionaries in carrying out revolutionary propaganda activities. It is also the base for Sun Yat-sen to plan the campaign of anti-armed uprising, transporting arms and ammunition, raising military rebellions and contacting revolutionary home and abroad . The outstanding contribution of Hong Kong in the 1911 Revolution is self-evident.
